Simpartout ("we") collects only the personal data strictly necessary to provide its eSIM services. The information collected includes: name, email address, payment data and device information. While you browse, connection data (pages visited, browser type, IP address) may be collected automatically.
2. Purposes of processing
We use the data we collect to: deliver and maintain the eSIM service, handle orders and payments, send order confirmations and give customer support, make our services better, and comply with our legal duties. Without your prior consent, your data is not used for any other purpose.
3. Sharing with third parties
Your personal data is never sold by us. To run the service, we may pass some data to eSIM network operators (so the service can be activated), payment providers (so transactions can be processed) and analytics services (so the service can be improved). Each of these third parties is bound by a data protection agreement.
4. Cookies
The site relies on cookies that are essential to its operation, plus analytics cookies that help us improve our services. Your preferences can be managed from the consent banner or from your browser's settings. Cookies that are not essential are enabled only if you consent.
5. Data security
Technical and organisational safeguards are in place to protect your personal data. A PCI DSS-certified provider handles payment data, and we keep no complete bank card numbers. SSL/TLS encryption protects all transmissions.
6. Retention period
We hold your data for the time needed to supply the service. Where you ask for your account to be deleted, your data is erased without delay, except where legal retention obligations apply. Data relating to transactions is kept for the legal periods that apply.
7. Your rights

8. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated by us. Any change applies from the moment it is published on the site. If a change is substantial, we may notify you by email.
