1. Acceptance of the terms
Visiting the Simpartout site and using our services means you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please stop using the site. Simpartout is operated by InterGlobe Holding Limited, based at The Guildhall in Market Square, Cambridge CB2 3QJ, United Kingdom.
2. Service overview
Simpartout provides eSIM data plans designed for travellers. We supply a digital eSIM profile in the form of a QR code, which can be installed on compatible devices and gives access to mobile networks in the destination country.
3. User account
An account can be created to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your account secure. A compatible, unlocked device is needed to use the eSIM. Anyone under 18 must obtain the consent of their legal representative.
4. Prices and refunds
Every price is shown in euros (EUR), VAT included. Payment is collected at the moment of purchase. A refund is possible if the eSIM profile has not been installed (QR code not scanned). Once the profile has been put on a device, no refund is given.
5. Intellectual property
Every intellectual property right in the site, brand, logo and content is held by the operator or by its licensors. Use of the service is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Simpartout shall not be held liable for network outages, areas without coverage or service disruptions caused by third-party operators. A fair use policy applies to unlimited plans, which may be slowed down in case of excessive use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the eSIM plan concerned.
7. Applicable law and competent courts
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris. The operating entity, InterGlobe Holding Limited, is a company governed by English law.
8. Changes to the terms
These terms may be changed by us at any time, and we reserve the right to do so. Changes are posted on the site. If you keep using the service after a change is posted, you are deemed to accept it. Significant changes will be notified at least 7 days beforehand.
